Tim joined Brett Holt in 2014 as a trainee solicitor and qualified as a solicitor in 2016. Before this he graduated from Keele Univeristy with a degree in Law with History and then completed the Legal Practitioners Course at the University of Law Guildford.
Tim deals with Private Client matters and is based in our Stoneleigh office. Private Client matters are varied but include drafting Wills, creating Lasting Powers of Attorneys, and dealing with the administration of an estate when someone has passed away.
He uses his experience to help guide clients through matters in a friendly and approachable way. He knows that dealing with these sorts of matters can be difficult for some. Tim aims to help clients through the process, ensure that they fully understand what needs to be done, and conclude matters in an efficient and swift manner.
Outside work he enjoys football, playing board games and walking his Bassett Hound.
